I'm intrinsically-aware of the limit, say at around 10,000 characters, from what I've heard and seen through sources, although I've never encountered it myself yet--but I'm not sure if the same is to be said here at the TFP; perhaps it can be altered to a higher limit, and has been before.

Also, does the character total tally include blank spaces and character inside brackets?

Wow, that's extensively higher than I orginally speculated; I really shouldn't ever fear having to hit that limit then... thanks for the quickest of replies.
