honestly, she's probably mentally challenged in some way... town meetings seem to draw those types out. Still, the ignorance is astounding. Check out the kids in the background during the first segment. She says "perfect pesticide" and the boy gives his mom a "wtf?" look, and then the girl gives her a thumbs down soon after!
