LOL, that'd be something. I suspect that Spoiler:
the nature of Jack's regeneration has less to do with biology and more to do with physics. The whole of Jack is stuck in a state of special time in which, while it can operate at the same rate in time as the rest of us, biological development and/or deterioration are set to a certain time, the time when he was brought back to life by Rose/TARDIS. Every time some change happens to change Jack from the state of when he was first alive after being resurrected, he returns to that state. The thing that interests me is that he's slowly aging, and will eventually be the Face of Bo. That tells me that instead of being completely stuck, he's actually moving forward from that point very slowly.
Interesting stuff to think about.
