A 17 year old sleeping with a 15 year old (or adjust for your states age of consent) isnt it itself a problem.
Someone who consciously wants to have sexul relations with some BECAUSE they are a child is a criminal, and in my mind one of the worst kind.
It is fashionable of course to rail about how much one hates paedophiles, but notwithstanding the societal pressure it is in my opinion a revolting crime.

I dont think anyone who is sane suggests that on someone's 16th / 18th birthday everything changes and what was once dispicable becomes fine over the course of two minutes. But we are not talking about that... we are talking about a deliberate fetish of some males to violate underage girls (ie - children). We are not talking of someone who happens to find a 17 year old or 15 year old attractive. We are talking of someone who is only attracted to them because of the fact they are underage (in the original proposition)
