Why does it wind you up? Honestly any evidence I've seen "could" have been faked, so what? I wasn't there and don't know anyone who was, but my parents watched the tube and believed that what they saw happened. People often believe things that are even more glaringly wrong than that the moon landings were a hoax, just take a breath and laugh it off.
There's a saying about arguing with an idiot and one about wrestling a pig, and they both seem to apply.
