The fact that Google is now a verb says it all. You don't Windows anything, but you can Google whatever you damn well please, and usually find something useful.
My cursory pokes and prods don't reveal anything more than a pound-for-pound clone of Google, right down to the apps. Maybe there's something under the surface, but I don't see any compelling reason to change my homepage just yet.

There are a couple minor features that Bing has which Google doesn't, but nothing particularly important. And I still like the clean interface on Google.
