@Hawker-rider - Write a note, stick it infront of her face. Big bold letters, but do pay attention to her eyesight to properly gauge the distance the note needs to be so she can read it fast and clearly.
But what I don't like is how a kid can be born, and as he walks around in the world, he can have all kinds of wild ideas about everything, and rarely will anyone appreciate it, unless it's something obvious and common like sports, art, and music, and at the same time all of this is happening, also these people are routinely telling the kid he can't do various different things.
Also, the people around him will tell him things they don't really know - as truth, all the time. This kid then will be able to grow up embracing these false ideas, and will meet other people who also embrace these same ideas that the same chain of events provided them, or he'll be looked at as rather peculiar, perhaps very dangerous - Also because of false thoughts as truths people have told people over the years.
People, stating false thoughts as truth, and that's the information a lot of people believe.
Here's what they thought about what I'm saying.
(I can't post links - Google rhee fired DC teachers without evaluation and click the first link to watch a video)
Note the first teacher that was on camera - "Right now, I am not a human being. I am lost in the world." " I am very upset about it because I have done nothing. DC public school want to save money by firing experienced teachers."
I dunno, buddy.. I have a hard time supporting you when you tell me flat out "I've done nothing, and I'm upset that the result is me being fired."
I wouldn't be surprised if everyone else said the same thing, and agreed with one another about how "hard" each of them worked to educate those kids.
Now, I'm not saying teachers don't work hard. I see how they come home every day, worn out and ready to get hammered at home or at bayou city wings. I hear em all the time saying how hard they work, but then I hang around their students, and low and behold.. they're 10 times dumber than the dumb kids in my class. That's only a difference of about 7 or 8 years.
Maybe your hard work is in vein.. Maybe it's all wrong. Maybe the entire concept we have right now surrounding teaching retains the same lingo as the previous version which worked, but the mechanics have changed and now it achieves the exact opposite of what it says it does, but no one can see it?
really?
that drives me crazy.
What I would expect to see when 250 teachers get fired, is these teachers defending their positions with all they've got, but obviously he didn't care about it that much.
Seriously, that's probably the end for that guy. Or atleast I'd hope it would be.. Being a victim of jobicide would, to me, feel like I've been branded the first ultra-failure as an employee. What have I done to deserve this?
well, I must have let a lot of kids walk out of my class dumber than they were when they came in. "Everything I did seemed like it was the right thing to do." might come to mymind once or twice.. but obviously I've got the wrong idea about what's right.
