I love me some Foie Gras, I was hesitant when I learned what it was and how it was made... but my god is it fucking good. I've had a foie gras bushetta thing that was out of this world. My old chef loved it on bread and nothing else.
I'd eat this in a heartbeat.
You ever see that episode of No Reservations when he goes to Canada and that chef tried to kill him with Foie Gras? EVERYTHING that guy made looked SOOOO good.
