Definately cut. I've had two uncut boyfriends in my day... and quite honestly they were not as visually or tactilely pleasing as the cut ones.
Have you ever played with one of those "Water Snake" toys as a child? Its like a balloon tucked into itself and filled with water. Impossible to hold on to for any length of time. That's exactly how an uncut penis felt to me. Too slippery and slightly ridiculous looking.
Although, if uncut men came in as many colors as water snakes do, it might be more intersting.
