If rules are broken, it takes a few clicks and only admins can do it. Just browsing, we see the same thing you do. The only thing I do is mouse over the IP address button (I'm pretty sure you guys don't see that) when someone refers to have previously posted as anon in a thread, just to make sure they're really the same person.
And bestiality is against the rules last I checked. Let's keep animal fucking links to ourselves.
