I would just do as mentioned, put a password on the account and keep a visitor out completely. Make sure the "administrator" account has one too, or someone will have a back door. Even if you have the XP welcome screen, you can get in via safe mode to the admin account if it has no password or a known one.
The other alternative is to save all porn etc in your profile folder (my documents is a good one) and give the visitor a plain user account. They will have no access to your stash.
