Speaking of baths, I learned very recently that epsom salts can actually help with depression (temporarily.) The magnesium sulfate absorbs into your skin, raising the body's natural magnesium levels, which boosts serotonin. This totally makes sense as I've used this product forever and every time I get out of the bath, I feel fantastic.
