If $ are an issue you might try melatonin (OTC-vitamin section). I took it for a number f weeks once to get my rhythm back. It worked well and I remember it being inexpensive. I stopped it when I began to wake up with headaches., but maintained the sleep pattern. Until the last 2 yrs, and now Im in the same boat as you.
