I don't know if this is what you have, but my parents have a split rail type fence going around their front yard that is made of hollow plastic posts and boards. They have had it about six years now, and it has held up well so far, no cracks, no splits, no warping, no discoloration. I had my doubts at first but it has been better than I thought it would be.
