It depends on how you look at it. On the one hand, each and every landmass in the world is allocated to a particular country for geographic's and cartographer's sake. Even undiscovered trenches, islands, forests, what have you are attributed to the nearest governing country of residence, whether within the borders or out, but in boundaries of reigning waters and airspace.
You are not looking for a country in particular, I'll say that much, but if you happen to ask if I'm in "so-and-so" country and it happens to be true, I will tell you so as well.
I am not in a landlocked country.
