Except while driving. On my KRZR, I could pick up the phone, pick a recipient, type the message, and send it, all without looking down or being distracted. It was pretty much a subconscious thing like my heart beating or breathing. With the Voyager, I have to decide whether I wait for a stoplight or it's important enough to pull over and respond. Faster with two hands, but one-handed is impossible without looking, as is using the touch screen and T9.
