Things like this belong here. Death does not immediately confer sainthood. MJ was a great artist and a completely fucked up human being. There's no issue with acknowledging the latter. Unless of course you're going to impart similar sentiments on the dearly departed Laverentii Beria, who reportedly liked little girls, or Lou Pearlman who liked little boys. Both were absolute geniuses at what they did, but had a dark side, like most people suspected of Jackson.
So yeah, you can speak ill of the dead here.

I couldn't agree more. I'm more disgusted by the people in the media that basically called him a piece of shit over the last few years and now that he's dead are lining up to kiss his ass and talk about how great he was.
Like Jazz said, death doesn't make one a saint, otherwise people like Gacy and Dahmer wouldn't still be hated.
I'm not going as far to say that I'm glad he's dead, but I'm not going to be hypocritical and pretend like he's a wonderful person now that he's dead.
THAT is what doesn't belong here: being fake about how you truly feel about something. That's just dishonest, which, to me, goes against what this place stands for, but that's just my opinion.
