I just think it's funny, like in california when there are "carcinogens" in a public place they have to post a notice, of course a public place that is next to 50 cars and a street, but they don't post warnings on roads or cars do they? I think that should be a law, print "this vehicle emits substances known to the state of california to cause birth defects and cancer" on every motor vehicle.
BTW, I only rarely ever smoke cigarettes, or smoke in public, and I always do it outside, and I don't puff around anyone. I also throw my cigarette butts where they actually belong, in the trash! That's certainly a lesson very few smokers are willing to learn, and something I'm glad is illegal, so you won't get any argument from me that they are inconsiderate.
