thanks for all the help. Is there any chance that i can damage this card if I keep trying with this motherboard? i've asked on a couple of forums now and phoned several places. Some say I could damage it, others say it will be fine. Anyone here know what the real deal? Anyways, i put my old card back in for now but if it's safe i'd like to try again properly removing drivers this time.
If no luck anytime soon, I'll just have to sell my ass and try to make some quick cash to upgrade the mobo, ram cpu and all that shit.
