Haven't tried the hemp lip stuff. But yeeeears ago they made a sleep mask thingy full of smell good thingys. I used it for years. The scent never faded and I'd instantly drift off to sleep after a night of partying. I can't find it anywhere now

But I prefer this for my lips:
No shine. No color. I'm all over it. I have one in virtually every room in my house.
