Yeah. If those particles spin the same way, there must be something that makes them do that. So even though they particles may be responsable for the chaos on our atomic level - there is order in theirs.
Hence: Chaos, and therefor the possibility of something happening independently - and not because it was made to happen by everything else, does not exist.
