I have used yEnc in the past to look at posts in Newsgroups on a Win XP machine, with yEnc32.

I have now got a Vista machine, and there do not seem to be any free tools about that will ( 1 ) let me use Windows Mail to read newsgroups, and ( 2 ) successfully decode yEnc attachments.

I've tried yProxy (no longer free), and OeyEnc (tells me it's installed, but then does nothing), and am now wondering what to try next.

Any ideas, good people of TFP?
