Single, but not stressing over it. Plusses and minuses being either attached or single.
On the other hand, being recently dumped is very different from being single. Your physiological response to no longer having your SO is akin to someone close passing away. (I think I read that in a Psych textbook). Whereas you used to associate many things with your ex, him/her no longer there when you see the associated object causes psychological discord (Dammit! There's a word for this...forgot it).
So take time to grieve. Life is short, everything gained will eventually become lost. Enjoy the now when you can
