I'm sorry to hear about this Zeraph ... one thing though, I am glad you have been seeing professionals but I bite my tongue in the thought of how much trouble you must go through or how much it must cost you for all these 'opinions' alone.
Did you ever get health insurance??
I did in fact read the title of the thread it said "disenchanted" but seriously now ... if your going to get better, you need this.
