Anything other than the top two strikes me as a bit rich for my tastes.
I wouldnt date someone who wanted to tie me up and hit my arse with a paddle for example, but if they just liked say mild restraint although it wouldnt especially increase my feeling I could go along with it for their sake - so its a matter of degree,
Of the above the dealbreakers for me would be
Anal - absolutely someting I wouldnt do and thats full stop. There are no instances I would willingly carry this out with a woman (or a man for that matter) and I wouldnt date someone who expected this kind of behaviour
Role Playing - I dont know what this really means in the context of sex, I suppose like dressing up as a fireman or whatever... if so thats pretty harmless. But if it means dressing up in an adult nappy, thats a definite no
Spanking - absolutely no interest, but might put up with some instances of it if it was mild (ie - not physically bruising)
Submisson - if it was like once a year she wants to dress up as a police woman and handcuff me I could put up with it. If she wants to wear leather and be called "mistress" then no way. Obviously I would take up any kind of dominant role myself - as violence towards women, even when consensual is personally abhorent to me.
Dirty Talk - not something I really find attractive, but I swear so much myself Im not in a position to be so moral about it,

In terms of things that I would require in a relationship... probably for the right person I could do without any of them as long as there was some level of intimacy, but really I would prefer for either sex or oral sex to be on the table and in an ideal world both, but worst case scenario you could settle for a hand job.
