I wouldn't try that arguement with a pro-lifer, as they'll tell you they're missing a conspicuous signature on the abortion consent form.
Any drugs that don't cause you to rob me to pay for them, drive your car into me from their effects, or decide to try to eat my face, I have no problems with you doing in the privacy of your own home. The problem here is, other than MJ, most drugs WILL kill you...it's a policy question of whether the government has the right to save you from yourself.
