I have the Ambassador, Dead Ringer, and Jarate. I also got The Sandman this go round since I didn't cheat to get it like everyone else. I love the new system -- I can play the game however I want and still get the unlocks. It also makes you look forward to playing the game and getting new items.
I saw the pyro hat and the scout hat so far. No one I know have them though.
The Ambassador + Dead Ringer is freaking great.
