I work for Hospice.
My ass better be doped out of my mind when declining. Or something instantaneous. And my SO knows what I want. However it happens, it better not drag out and there will be no chance that I will be vent-dependent or lingering.
CO poisoning leaves an opening for vegetative state as do most of the options.
Not an option for me... I've seen too much stuff doing what I do to let that happen and my Five Wishes is signed.
