Lasereth, sorry about not responding the other day. I actually couldn't play because my computer is dead. I was on my friend's computer when you saw me on. Hopefully I can fix my rig this week.
Randerolf, it's going to be very rare for you to find anyone that can play a spy effectively. They have the hardest learning curve. For the other classes, just watch someone good play. By just watching them, you'll find out what all their strengths and weaknesses are, as well as the best way to use them. Lasereth for instance plays a good heavy. You can see his youtube video.
