Even if someone did see you down there, what could they do? Bolt cutters or a handcuff key aren't exactly readily available. A scuba tank or someone giving you mouth to mouth constantly would be needed.

I have tried to explain this movie to so many people and everyone just says I must have dreamed it. YOu wouldn't happen to know the name of the movie would you?
its been years ago when I remember seeing it, and I also thought what a horrible way to die. I distinctly remember , it was a lady that did the handcuffing??
