As for the OP, yes, Obama is going to fail. US-Israeli relations are at their lowest point since...I dunno, a very long time. Probably since the Suez Canal made the headlines every day. My guess is that Bibi and the Likudniks will have to crash and burn before the relationship improves substantially. Luckily, this is Israeli politics we're talking about, so that could happen any day now.
