Bone of contention,
Before I withdrew the $7. I checked online on BoA.com, the transactions had registered. Not posted, but registered. The withdrawal was the last transaction that I performed. (Remember this was an exercise)
Anyway, in conclusion I called them and asked and noone on the phone knew what was up. The reps in the phone only knew that people called in with this kind of issue and were conditioned to NOT provided credits. I went to the bank and spoke to them about it. She explained to me the ethics behind it so closed mindedly much like
tooth here, but waived the fee in the end.
I then closed my IRA and savings account with them on the spot. How's that for voting with your feet.

instantly. They simply never used their time stamps and
shakran has it SPOT ON!!!
