Since no one seems to be counting calories, i'd have to admit that i have a major weakness for:
Nature's Path Organic Pumpkinseed FLAX PlUS Granola
with Omega-3 Fatty-acids (not the one with raisins).
It's EXTREMELY healthy and delish if you ignore the calories (very sweet).
It helps a little that i use skim milk i guess.
Now here's a quirky thing i do...
i add an icecube because i like the milk refreshingly cold...mmm
