i dunnae about all of this...
Stereotypes are generally odd. According to a North American who's watched too much of a certain crocodile hunter show... Every day, as soon as i get up, i should dodge the plethora of snakes roaming on the floor, go out the door, wrestle the waiting crocodile, and make a kangaroo carry me to work.
sounds stupid doesnt it?
yet, through the years, i've had each and every one of those statements asked to me by random american people when they have found out that i am from Australia. What im trying to get at here is that stereotypes are typically created when people who know little want to sound like they know a lot.
