What are the best and worst things about where you live?

I'll start.

Best: I live in Soho, so the best thing is all of the beautiful women. I once chatted up Josie Maran a block from my apartment. Nothing came of it, obviously, but it was still an amazing moment.

Worst: Trying to be monogamous. There is just some much temptation.
