What makes one great to me? Just getting one.
If I could be picky...it's a mix of what other people have said....enthusiasm, no teeth, 69 position, and being licked like an ice cream cone. Also the ability to not have to worry about ejaculation would be nice. Like I said though, this is all being picky. I'm thrilled as it stands now just getting one.
