Usually when you are being stimulated your body does not allow you to pee. Just try it sometime while you are on the toilet. It's practically impossible to pee on purpose when you are being stimulated. I don't know about the smell-ish thing. I've never noticed that mine smells but that's not saying that someone elses squirt would have an slight odor. I do know that personally if I notice much of an odor in general down there (not speaking of squirting specifically) it's usually not a good sign - more like a sign of BV - but even then it's a distinctly fishy odor.
