This is crazy stuff. I remember doing research on DVD technology at its inception, and I was amazed at the number of CDs a single double-sided double-layer DVD could hold—I think it was 25 or so. That was about 10 years ago. And now...100 DVDs on a single disc?

Um, wow?

Just as a reference point...a single 500 gigbyte disc could hold well over 700 CDs worth.
