I think the more striking eye colors (gray, very bright green or blue) are intriguing and unique, but I don't think they affect my stance towards a female either way.
From a strictly superficial standpoint, eye color plays a very small role. I may prefer someone with lighter colored eyes over darker, but I think physical appearance is generally a total package that has to be absorbed in its entirety instead of turning into a game of Ms. Potato Head. And that thought process reminds of this month's Esquire, which features photographic horizontal slices of different male faces, lined up together to create a truly unique head shot.
