I got this camera the week it came out and I love it. I had the 5d as well and must say the new LCD screen is worth it alone. The 1080p video mode is nice, but I hardly use it. I'm a photojournalist, so I'm sure I'll eventually find the use in the video.
In terms of the ISO performance, this thing is great. I tested it against a friend's Nikon D3, and the ISO was as good if not slightly better.
