and hmmm i cant find the other good one i saw earlier...
well since im in college and eating from the dining halls it would prolly be pretty tough to follow the eating stuff too strictly... but i could get extra fruit and carry it out of the dining hall for later... and i could pick up some protien shakes and use them too...
as for working out like it says too... im tryin get a friend to go with me... much easier to be motivated if your not goin alone...
