I've been doing a really good job of eating breakfast lately--most mornings I eat breakfast. I forgot this morning (whoops), but I've remembered every other morning this week. It's definitely becoming part of my morning routine. Lately I've been switching off between Nature's Path oatmeal and Nature's Path Heirloom Grains cereal. I also dig the leftovers-for-breakfast thing, if there are leftovers. I also made a whole mess of buttermilk pancakes on Saturday, and those were delicious. I hadn't made pancakes in a while, and they turned out perfect.
What's funny is that I'm actually a very proficient breakfast cook with a variety of dishes in my repertoire. Guess I just gotta start making fun breakfasts again.
