Maybe i'm wrong, but it seems to me that you've got no issue at all with the government recording any and all phone calls so that their little decoder/key word listening program can identify a recorded call to monitor, all without a warrant. Given your next statement below:

and the fact that you've said you don't care if the gov monitors YOUR phone calls if it's to save lives from 'man caused disasters', whats to stop them from using the wiretaps to track drug crimes, money laundering, human trafficking, tax evasion?
Do the ends justify the means?
