I have PCs and a Mac G4. I would replace Windows with OSX if I had all of the same software for Mac. Unfortunately, it seems crazy to buy $1000s of Mac software when I already have it for Windows (and most of it properly licensed).

I did buy Office X for OSX and it's nice. Fully compatible with Office on Windows. Entourage is sweet and you can sync it with your Palm.

Since OSX runs on UNIX you should be able to do quite a lot with it - surpassing Windows for sure.

I think that most Windows users can adapt to OSX very quickly - it's more like Windows than OS9.
