With 2 sets of race stewards rejecting the protests, I highly doubt if the FIA will now call the diffuser illegal... if they do it will be a damn shame and I won't watch another race this year.
Good for Brawn and the others for coming up with a great idea... Ferrari and McLaren et al are just jealous they didn't think of it first! I'd bet good money that they have a protoype diffuser like Brawn's ready and waiting anyway.
