So the rule is drive over 85 or drive under 60? Because those are basically your two choices going with this point of view.
I believe I stated in my original post that I would move (and well in advance of being tailgated, too) if the roads are clear, but I don't buy that its my place to be stuck in the lane of SLOW traffic when the roads are full because I am not driving 90+ miles an hour. Slow the hell down. There's no reason to go that fast.
