Stupid question, I guess.
I want a credit card.
19.5% current regular annual interest rate
Annual interest rate. Does that mean that if I carry a balance for a year I pay 19.5% interest? Or am I deluding myself, and hoping things to be too good to be true?
19.5% per month just seems absurd, though.
I dunno.
