This just bring's to mind an annual I had about 5 yrs. ago with my GP after 10 yrs. w/him and NO anal exam's previously. The speculum was out, I let out a sigh of relief that I was done and good for another year, and then "BAM" his finger was in my ass. I clenched so hard in reflex, I was more sore than any anal sex I've ever had for a few days. Five year's since and he's never checked again, WTF? Next time I even feel a hint he's going there, watch out!
