Free Treasure Island show - it's fantastic, plays several times a day.
Visit New York New York, The Luxor, Planet Hollywood and the Bellagio
See at least one Cirque De Soleil show - since it's a bachelorette party, Zumanity would probably be suitable
Head downtown to Fremont Street.
Things I would recommend avoiding -
Leaving the Strip or Fremont Street at night on foot
Don't stay at the Circus Circus
