Anonymous: Sounds like you may have freaked her out but she didn't know how to react since she was staying at your place. Keep in mind that you were in a position of power as her host, and that changes how people are going to react to such advances.
Then again, maybe I misunderstood. Was she already planning on leaving after two weeks?
